According to the National Cancer Institute (INCa), around 14,000 new cases of pancreatic cancer are registered each year in France.
Its mortality rate is particularly high, with about 12,000 deaths per year, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

, making it one of the deadliest cancers.

Because it is very difficult to detect early.
And it is only treatable when diagnosed on time.
This cancer mainly affects people over 60, but it can also appear in younger adults (sometimes as early as 30).
“It’s important to know the symptoms of this disease and not wait until they become severe to seek medical advice,” warns Anton Bilchik, an oncologic surgeon in the United States.
