Emma spoke gently with Madison while taking the order, helping distract and comfort the young girl during a stressful moment.
Lauren later described Emma as calm, polite, and constantly smiling, making the experience much easier for both mother and daughter.
Another Surprise Act of Kindness
Just when Lauren thought things couldn't get more stressful, she realized she had forgotten her bank card and couldn't pay for the meal.
Without hesitation, Emma reportedly offered to pay for the family's order herself.
